During the initial phase of construction work was focused on two areas in the rear of the church; on the left
girders and beams were added to create the framework of the building, on the right, forms were built to pour
cement for the foundation of the Sayre Center.

Four bolts hold these Girders in place until the beams are added The Beams are hoisted in by the crane and then guided in place by the crew. A "spotter" on the ground is in constant communication between the crane and crew
