Children and Youth Music Ministry HUMC’s Children’s Music Ministry offers opportunities for pre-kindergarten children (4 years old) through Grade 6. Rehearsals incorporate early vocal training and basic music fundamentals in a loving and accepting environment. These young singers participate in worship services on a regular basis as well as Christmas Eve and the annual musical. Rehearsals for all three Childrens Choirs are on Wednesday afternoons from 4:30-5:15 p.m. September - June.

Your Saving Grace Your Saving Grace is a low-cost, once-a-month child care program available during evenings, so parents can enjoy a night out. This program evolved from Mother's Morning Out. For information and rates, contact Leslie Robinson at lrobinson@haddonfieldumc.com
Christian Education Mission
The mission of our Christian Education Program is to invite and challenge children, youth, and adults to come to know and experience God through Jesus Christ, claim and live God's promises, and grow and serve as Christian disciples.
Cradle Roll
All children born into this congregation are enrolled in our Cradle Roll Program. Parents receive newsletters and a small gift. Birthday cards are sent for the first three years along with announcements of upcoming events.
Expectant parents should include the church on their list of those to call when the baby is born.
Childcare - Infants to Two Year Olds Offered during the 8:00am, 9:30am, and 11:00am Services
An experienced member of the church staff, assisted by Nursery volunteers, is here each Sunday to care for infants and toddlers in Rooms 120 on the first floor. Parents are asked to assist a few times a year. Childcare is provided for all worship services and for children (0 to 2) whose parents are attending 9:30 a.m. church School classes. A silent pager is available for contacting parents if needed.
BibleZone – Two Year Olds through Kindergarten
For ages two through Kindergarten we have BibleZone, an interactive presentation of Bible stories.

Children's Church 11:00am Services
We invite all children ages four through third grade to attend the worship service with their parents. After the children's sermon they will leave with Mrs. Robinson to their class. Mrs. Robinson is the Coordinator of Children's Ministries.
Church School 9:30 to 10:40 am Senior High at 11:00
Classes for children ages two through Senior High are offered on Sunday mornings. We have selected curriculum and activities best suited to the individual needs and interests of our children and youth. We also provide classes for Adults on Sunday as well as during the week.
For children ages two through Kindergarten we present the Bible through story telling, music, crafts and various fun activities. The curriculum we are currently using is BibleZone, an interactive activity based program.
For children grades one through six, we offer Bible lessons using Bible skills and games, story telling, music, art, videos and cooking.
Third grade students receive their own Bibles after a “Bible Class” that is offered on 4 consecutive Wednesday evenings in February.
For Junior and Senior High students we offer Bible study with interactive discussion and life application. Junior High meets at 9:30am in Room 304 Senior High meets at 11:00am in Room 301/301A
For Adults we offer over eight classes in Bible Study. We also offer discussion groups which examine contemporary issues and books with a Christian viewpoint.
