William Ting, Instructor
-
Tai Chi classes are held every other Monday at 9:30 in Fellowship Hall.
- Tai Chi develops concentration, better balance and coordination.
- Clinical studies show that it can reduce the risk of falls as people age. A study by Archives of Internal Medicine showed that tai chi seems to improve functioning in the heart, blood vessels, and lungs and helps patients who have had corononary artery bypass surgery. Practicing tai chi also appears to reduce pain, stress and anxiety and may improve memory, concentration and digestion. by All are welcome to come experience this class.
