Christian Education
Mission
The mission of our Christian Education Program is to invite and
challenge children, youth, and adults to come to know and experience God
through Jesus Christ, claim and live God's promises, and grow and serve
as Christian disciples.

For children ages two through Kindergarten we present the Bible through
story telling, music, crafts and various fun activities.
For children grades one through six, we offer Bible lessons using Bible
skills and games, story telling, music, art, videos, computers and
cooking.
Third grade students receive
their own Bibles on Christian Education Sunday held the fourth Sunday of
September.
For Junior and Senior High
students we offer Bible study with interactive discussion and life application.
Junior High meets at 9:30 in Rm 238

David Grayson - Director
Monday to Friday 9:00 to 4:30 and
Sunday Mornings
Our Church library is located near the offices on the first floor.
We have a large collection of religious books for circulation as well as
reference books.
Procedure:
Anyone can take out a book, take the card out of the pocket, which is
usually pasted to the back cover. Sign you name and the date the book is
taken out, please include your phone number. File the card in the
gray box on top of the card catalog. File the card alphabetically
by the author's name.
Please try to return all books within a month. If you wish to keep
the book longer, (perhaps for group study), please contact me at my home
phone number, (below).
When a book is returned,
just place it on the shelf on the left hand side of the library room -
where there is a sign that says "return books here". Library
space is limited at HUMC, before leaving or donating books, please call
me at the number below.
